From right now through November 16th, 2019, on Friday and Saturday nights, you can attend Bushwhacked at Bronco Bob’s at the Texas Star Dinner Theater in Grapevine, TX. The show has been in production since early January and promises to be a really good time. Doors open at 7 PM on scheduled dates and the play starts at 8 PM. Tickets are $59.95 (plus tax and gratuity) and include a meal and beverages. Holidays and special performances may cost more.
What’s on the Menu
With food that’s worth the ticket price itself, the dinner theater offers four different entrée options including ones that are gluten-free and vegetarian. Guests have their choice of Beef, Chicken, Fish or Vegetarian. The Beef option includes Country Fried Steak topped with home-style gravy, Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, and Squash and Zucchini. Chicken includes a Baked Chicken Breast marinated in Italian dressing, topped with a pesto sauce, and garnished with asparagus, Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, and Squash and Zucchini.
The Fish option included Oven-baked Tilapia topped with white wine butter sauce, Long Grain Wild Rice, Squash and Zucchini. The Vegetarian option is Eggplant Piccata topped with marina and cheeses, Marinara Penne, Pasta, and Zucchini and Squash. A full range of desserts including cakes and fruit cups are available for guests to choose from as well.
If tickets are purchased in the two hours leading up to the show, substitutions may be made especially for Vegetarian entrees and some Desserts including the Chocolate Mousse.
The Big Show
Attendees of Bushwhacked at Bronco Bob’s will try to figure out what could have happened to the titular Bronco Bob. There’s a whole cast of shady characters you’ll get to know over the course of the evening, like Smitty, the bumbling stagehand; Marshal Jim Courtright, the zealous lawman; Annie Oaktree, the crack shot; Penelope Pureheart, a pouting prima donna; and Professor Harry A. Pitts, a villainous magician.
